• Account information — your name, email address, business name, phone number, and profile photo when you sign up.
• Business & location data — the locations you add, their names and addresses.
• Connected platform data — when you connect a Google Business Profile, we access review content (reviewer name, rating, review text, dates), your business information (name, address, hours, description, categories, contact details), photos and media, and posts, along with the account/page identifiers needed to fetch this data and publish updates, replies, photos, and posts on your behalf.
• AI-generated content — text prompts and business details you provide to generate reply drafts, business descriptions, posts, or images. Generated images and text are stored so you can review and publish them.
• Authentication tokens — OAuth access and refresh tokens for the platforms you connect, stored encrypted.
• Usage & technical data — basic logs, device and browser information, and cookies necessary to operate the service.

• Aggregate and display your reviews across locations.
• Post replies you compose back to the source platform.
• Update your business information, upload photos and media, and create or publish posts on connected profiles when you choose to.
• Generate AI-assisted content — reply drafts, business descriptions, posts, and images from your prompts (your text prompts and relevant business/review data may be sent to our AI providers solely to produce a draft or image you can review and edit before publishing).
• Send transactional email such as sign-in links and weekly digests.
• Process subscription billing and provide customer support.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access Google Business Profile data to provide and improve user-facing features (aggregating reviews, posting replies, and — at your direction — updating business information, managing photos and media, and creating posts), we do not transfer or use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except as necessary for support, security, or legal reasons, or with your consent.

When you connect a Google Business Profile, we access your reviews, business information, photos, and posts, and publish replies and updates you author. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the permissions needed for these features.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate Relay Reviews, under agreements that protect your data:

• Google and Meta — to read reviews and business data and to publish replies, business info, photos, and posts you authorize.
• Our AI providers — to generate reply drafts, business descriptions, posts, and images from your prompts.
• Our payment processor — to handle subscription billing.
• Our email provider — to deliver transactional email.
• Where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect a platform or delete your account at any time, which removes the associated tokens and data. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

• Disconnect any connected Google account at any time.
• Access, update, or delete your account information from settings.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your active location. We do not use them for advertising.

Relay Reviews is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
